My path has been shaped by lived experience, deep remembrance, and a refusal to stay small.
With roots in Addiction Recovery, Evolutionary Astrology, Family Constellation Work, and Energy Medicine, I’ve come to understand that what looked like pain was really a calling - a call to return home to the truth of who I am.

For years, I molded myself to meet expectations that were never mine - chasing worth through performance, perfection, and survival.
But beneath all of it lived a deeper knowing: that I was here for something more.
That realization unraveled everything - and began the journey back home.

I'm a certified Reiki Master Teacher, a trained Family Constellation Facilitator, and a Recovery & Creativity Coach; but more than anything, I’m someone who’s walked through the fire and come home with the medicine.

My work is rooted in embodiment, soul reclamation, and energetic alignment.
Spiraling home to ourselves is the most vital journey we will ever take - and it changes everything.

I don’t believe in just surviving.
I believe in building lives - and a world - we don’t need to numb ourselves to endure.

We live in a world that teaches us to disconnect - from our bodies, our truth, and our innate worth.
We rush from one task to the next, living on autopilot, chasing accomplishment, avoiding stillness.
We are taught how to do - but not how to be.
And in the absence of being, we forget how to listen.

But we are not here to produce.
We are here to radiate.
To recover our home frequency - that unique soul-vibration only we carry, the living pulse of our essence, the song only we can sing.

When we return to this resonance, something shifts.
Presence.
We slow down to feel more.
We begin to receive life rather than just survive it.

From this place, we stop pretending.
We stop striving.
We become magnetic - not because we’re chasing something, but because we’ve come into alignment with the truth of who we are.

I believe in a world where there is enough.
Where we are all seen as enough - simply because we exist.
And I believe that world begins inside each of us, when we reclaim the frequency we came here to embody.

Every Wednesday at 6pm CST, we come together in community - to speak truth, reconnect with our creative spark, and explore the deep intelligence of the body, energy, and soul.

Some weeks we paint.
Some weeks we breathe, constellate, or tune into the stars.
Each circle is intuitively guided - a co-creative field shaped by who shows up and what’s ready to move.

This isn’t about doing it right.
It’s about being real.
It’s about returning to what’s already within you - your wisdom, your rhythm, your light.

You don’t need to be an artist, a healer, or an expert in anything.
You just need a willingness to show up.

I’m deeply grateful for the teachers, mentors, and guides who have supported me on my path - often in times when I had little to give in return but my presence and willingness.

I know what it’s like to walk the path of healing while navigating financial challenge. I also know that moving from scarcity into abundance is a deep part of the journey itself - one that takes time, trust, and support.
