By engaging with this website, booking a service, or participating in any offerings provided through this space, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and reach out if anything feels unclear or out of alignment.

1. Scope of Services

I offer energy-based, intuitive, and creative services including but not limited to: family constellation facilitation, evolutionary astrology sessions, Reiki and energy healing, group experiences, sacred geometry artwork, and digital or in-person coaching containers. These offerings are designed to support self-awareness, healing, and personal transformation.

Please note: These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical or mental health conditions. You are encouraged to seek appropriate support from licensed professionals when needed.

2. Booking & Payments

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Custom offerings or longer-term containers may offer payment plans or sliding scale pricing when available. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may result in a forfeiture of the session unless rescheduled with advance notice and mutual agreement.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the energetic preparation involved in my work, all sales are final. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate. For group programs, workshops, or digital offerings, access will not be refunded once content has been delivered or the circle has begun.

4. Personal Responsibility

By booking a session or participating in any program, you affirm that you are ready and willing to take full responsibility for your healing journey. I hold sacred space, offer intuitive insight, and reflect what arises—but you are the sovereign authority of your own path.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All sessions are held in deep confidentiality. I honor your vulnerability and your story. What is shared in private sessions will never be disclosed publicly without your express written permission. Group settings may include shared stories or reflections, but you are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including written materials, meditations, images, artwork, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Jessica Williams unless otherwise credited. You are welcome to share my work with proper credit, but please do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Energetic Integrity

I reserve the right to decline or end a session if I feel the space is being used in a way that compromises integrity, safety, or alignment. This is rare—but essential. My intention is always to serve from a grounded, heart-led place.
